3+ years’ experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL / relational databases

3+ years’ front end development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

Experience establishing deployment processes in cloud-based environments (IaaS or PaaS)

Experience leading, planning, and executing projects on MVP stage: prioritizing important things "for now" while laying architecture with the future in mind

​

Experience in agile practices and iterative development

​

Strong knowledge in OOD, domain-driven design, and microservices

​

Leadership qualities and experience of leading a team of 2-3 engineers
